Can you tell me more about your online store?
With our online store purchasers can order from your fundraiser online and pay using a credit card or mobile wallet, free to use each seller gets their own store link. Seller can share with their supporter via email.
What should I expect at delivery?
We will arrive in our own delivery vehicle on the date and time selected. We will unload the products and sort them by seller. Please have tables and a few volunteers ready to help when we arrive.
How long does the fundraiser take?
Most groups sell for two weeks. We will deliver your product roughly two weeks after your order is submitted. Your entire sale can be wrapped up within a month! In slower times of the year we can even do it even quicker as our delivery schedule is more flexible.
Do I collect money when I take the orders or upon delivery?
Payment is to do at time of order.
What is the minimum order?
We encourage all groups to sell at least 150 items. If your group sells fewer than 150 items, your delivery date may be delayed as we will try to deliver when we are in your area.
When do I pay you?
Payment is due at the time of Order placement.
Who do I make the check payable to?
Please have one check made out to Big Outdoors LLC for our portion of the sale.
Can we order online and have shipped to us?
Orders may be placed and paid for or by check on the online order form and we will ship directly to you for distribution to the participant seller.
How could I encourage my out-of-town relatives to buy from me?
The best way to encourage out-of-town relatives to purchase from your fundraiser is by using our online store.
How do I send in my order from my fundraiser?
Orders can be submitted through our secure online portal. You will receive a unique link that is specific to your fundraiser. We also offer offline order tabulators if necessary.
